Base Model LHS: Ferrari 512S berlinetta; Brumm Ref. R200 (a Ferrari 512S berlinetta made by Solido is used to depict how the Brum model looked like prior to be modified)

Final Model RHS: 1961 Ferrari 512S Spyder (Can-Am); Brumm Ref. R200 modified; The modified model represents the Ferrari 512S Spyder s/n: 1006 that raced at the 1970 Can-Am Mid Ohio with #20 Team NART driven by Pedro Rodriguez dnf (engine failure) did 70/80 laps being 11th OA; the modifications included, redoing the whole rear part of the car (rear cowling and rear end), remove the roof and fill-up the headlight sills. Base Model LHS: Ferrari 250 GTO; Solido Ref. 4506 (with upgraded wire wheels) (a Ferrari 250 GTO made by Box is used to depict how the Solido model looked like prior to be modified)

Final Model RHS: 1961 Ferrari 250 GTO Breadvan; Solido Ref. 4506 modified; The modified model represents s/n: 2819GT (originally - chassis 250 GT SWB) one of the two built, this one raced at Le Mans in 1961 Gr.:GT (less than 3.0L) Team: Scuderia Serenissima #16 with Maurice Trintignant & Carlo Maria Abate dnf due to gearbox failure at the 13th hr after 162 laps; the modifications included, removing the rear part of the roof and redo the whole rear end as well as to extend the nose and reconfigure the front air inlets


Base Model LHS: Ferrari 330 P3 coupe; Solido Ref. 152

Final Model RHS: 1966 Ferrari 330 P3 Spyder; Solido Ref. 152 modified; The modified model represents s/n: 0846/66, 1 of the 3 330's built, this one raced at Le Mans in 1966 Gr.:P #27, of NART team with P. Rodrigue & Guinter dnf, retired at the 11th hour due to gearbox failure, it was in 4th; the modifications included, removing the roof and the rear window

Final Model RHS: Ferrari 350 P4 CanAm; Fabbri (modified) ref. 20; representing s/n: 0860 that raced at Riverside 1967 #23 driven by Chris Amon 8th OA; the modifications included, addition of 2 top ram inlets, a more rounded front shape, removal of headlights, addition of a wide air deflector on the top rear end of the cowling and a more open rear end. Base Model LHS: McLaren M8B; Solido ref. 176 (a McLaren M8B made by Minichamps is used to depict how the Solido model looked like prior to be modified)

Final Model RHS: Ferrari 612P; Solido Ref. 176 modified; representing s/n: 0866 that raced at Watkins Glen in 1969 #16 driven by Chris Amon, 3rd OA; the modifications included, reshape the front end end as well as the side fenders, open the rear end, fill-up the right air inlet and modify the left air inlet to install an oil cooler, change the engine from a V8 to a V12. Base Model LHS: Ferrari 288 GTO Evoluzione; Jouef evolution Ref. 3000; representing the 1986 Ferrari s/n: 79887, Test “Mule” for the F40.

Final Model RHS: Ferrari 308 GT/M; Jouef evolution Ref. 3000 modified; representing one of the 3 (s/n’s: 001 to 003) built by Michelotto to compete in the 1984 Group B rally class; the modifications included, addition of large twin headlights, reshape the front end (2 top air passages and different grid), modify the interior, close rear side windows, modify the engine from a V8 turbo to a V8 normally aspirated, much bigger rear window, reshape the rear end with a large opening and modify the rear wing. Final Model RHS: Ferrari 360 GT; mattel Ref. 25720 modified; representing s/n: 001 - 2050 Prepared by Michelotto that raced in Le Mans 2002 #71 with Stephen Earle/Chris MacAllister /Gary Schultheis Team JMB Racing DNF (Electrics) 45thOA 85/375 laps; the modifications included, addition of a front apron and a rear wing and a Venturi tunel as well as relocating the exhaust pipes.

Final Model RHS: Ferrari 550 GT; Mattel Ref. 53402 modified; representing s/n: #ZFFZR49B000108391 (09) that raced in Le Mans 2005 #51 Team: BMS Scuderia Italia with C. Pescatori; F. Gollin & M. Ramos dnf accident 42ndOA 67/370 laps Grid=30th ; the modifications included, adding a rear wing and widening the fenders
